	<description>The postdoctoral fellow will research ICT based visualization-supported dialogues and decision processes. The work will involve method development as well as collaboration on ICT based visualization. in decision processes of land use and climate adaptation in the Nordic Countries. The study lies within the Nordic Centre of Excellence on Nordic-Strategic Adaptation Research (NORD-STAR) and the sub-project ’Interactive visualization for analysis of linkages between adaptation and mitigation strategies’. &lt;br /&gt;</description>

	<description>Centre for Climate Science and Policy Research / WES welcomes Tomasz Opach  as a postdoctoral research fellow. Tomasz  is a  NORD-STAR Postdoc from the Department of Geography Norwegian University of Science and Technology. His research focuses on cartographic interactive visualizations, graphic design and cartographic representations of natural and cultural heritage. He will participate in the development of the VisAdapt visualization platform. </description>
